Biografía
PhD student in Food Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Catarina – UFSC. He has master degree in Food Engineering from Federal University of Santa Catarina – UFSC (2017) and graduation degree in Food Engineering from Santa Catarina State University – UDESC (2013). He has experience in Food Engineering and Chemical Engineering, working mainly on the following topics: Polymerization Reactions, Green Chemistry, Enzymes, Enzymatic Immobilization, Waste Reuse and Esters Synthesis.
